Located on the San Francisco peninsula, OTR is a 30 minute drive from both San Francisco and San Jose. The quiet, secluded hilltop location offers a sweeping view of the canyon and beyond. About
Formerly an A&R rep for Windham Hill, Marenco combines the skills of a master engineer with industry savvy. Her work with Liquid Audio placed her in a position to be the first engineer to record a digital music file that became the first paid live recorded download. Blue Coast Records, the audiophile label founded by Marenco and Jean Claude Reynaud, now sets the standard for hifi acoustic music recording. Marenco became the first woman to sit among the 30 top engineers for the first surround grammy nominations a few years ago. As a writer for EQ magazine, she continues to offer educational and truthful insights to audio engineering.

At OTR we watched the growth of our bands in their early years to platinum success stories. We made long relationships with most of the manufacturers over the years becoming beta test studios and offering new products in the digital age. With workshops and marketing programs we often interface with festival promoters to keep our artists visible in the industry.

Currently, we have our proprietary silver cable through out the recording rooms providing the clarity of sound that an audiophile requires. We offer consultation for small home recording rooms, staff for setup and rentals for recording at home.
